I am not quite 2 weeks since my surgery,,,and this week I have not lost a pound. I am now on phase II mushy foods...thought maybe that had something to do with it. Has anyone else experience this?
is anyone out there using a colon cleanse?
I was back to normal when I came home from the hospital, but now I am constipated...I'm thinking because I am now eating more solid foods... comments please?
