Hey every one, i know its been a while just busy, working and dealing with family, not much time for blogging, but anyway went to my MD on the 9th of march and i had lost another 15 ponuds in 2 months. So he didnt want to adjust this time. I havent had time to work out so yes there is flab. I really need to tone , because its just not looking too good. I still feel unsecure, but its my fault. I just need a work out buddy, any one in Harrisburg PA want a work out partner let me know !. Lots of luck guys, love you all !:thumbdown:
Today was a pretty normal day, I Have noticed my hair getting thinner, i was told by my MD it should get better but i feel so depressed, i dont know what i would do if my hair gets very very thin. Anyway if anyone knows what i can use to prevent my hair from falling or any good advice please let me know. :confused:
:w00t:, Today was such a challenge, i started out with a bowl a cereal, and i havent been able to eat anythiung else. It is so hard when you have to cook for the kids and the food smells soooo good and you can only imagine what it tastes like because nothing will stay down. I'm actually eating a yogurt because its smooth and will slide right down, this is a bad day for me. i can have some good days where i'm able to eat my portions, but other day i really cant keep nothing down. :smile:
Today was a bad day for me, i was feeling nasueas all day, i was not able to eat much, every time i had a bite of food i couldnt keep it down. I have a huge head ache...:thumbup:
This is my first posting. I absolutely love this site, every one here is so nice and supportive, i have learned more things here than any other place i have been to including meeting and seminars.
First, my name is Geen, i'm a Latina 30ish. I have been banded since 4/7/08 i weighed 296lbs to day 2/7/09 i weigh 223 lbs, my goal is to be at 180lbs:w00t:. This has been such an amazing journey for me, i just love all the weight coming off, its been hard but so worth it. i feel amazing and i just cant wait to get to my goal, keep you posted... mu@@@h:tongue:
