Ok so today was the 10th day post of and things are getting a lot better ....I have been eating mushies and today I had some grilled fish...went down ok (thank God) so I guess I am still trying to figure out somethings as far as how much to eat how soon to eat is okey?? but as I go I am getting things clear...I went to walmart today and bought some Atkins Protien bars and shakes....I had a bar today and WOW it was sooo sweet!! haha it took out my sweet cravings!! guys let me know what you guys eat and give me some ideas for a successful weight loss any ideas are welcomed thanks :smile:
