I got my band a week ago tomorrow and I am on the clear liquids diet for one week. I am constantly hungary and I am drinking constantly also. I feel like there is nothing there after I have eaten the recomended amount. My wife had the surgery done at the same time as me. She seems to be full after a yogurt or a few bites of cottage cheese. Am I doing something wrong? Or do other people have this problem after being banded. I know I have cravings still but I am able to tell the difference between hungar and craving. If anyone has advice for me let me know what you think.
