I am so upset with myself, I have been stuck at the same weight for the last 3 months. I am having trouble eating more than I should and things that I shouldn't. Snacking after work is a major problem for me. Had the band put in July 08 and have lost a total of 80 lbs (30 pre op and 50 post op), but need to loose about 50 more. Any suggestions on what to do to get back on track?
