3 weeks i was struggling with my weight .. haven't lose any kg!!!! :confused: i was choked each day i was doing my workout half or one hour!!! and i am really stick in the mashie food :frown: but doesn't work !!
today morning i weighted myself i lost finally 1 kg :toetap05:.. at least better than nothing !!
i think the more likely reason is that i was in liquid diet then i moved to mashie food ( sometimes had sold food ) and all is high in calories !!! so my body takes longer time to adapt the change !! :eek:

so do you know what is emotional eater .. Actually :sleep:i haven't noticed that am an emotional eater since childhood ..When i started dieting and exercising really i was losing weight but if i had any stress or being upset in something i did.. That was hurting me a lot and all what i did i went to the grocery and buy junk food and i start eating all ! which might be enough for week or two i finished it at an hour or 2 :confused:... then i start to blame myself and feeling guilty !! and did the same action again !!!!!!! and start to gain all the weight i lost!! :frown:
i read a lot about this thing ! and as i read its hard to change thins feeling because it since childhood . but really i am ready to change and ill do my best!! Because we eat to survive not we survive to eat !!
there are many thing help you know that if you are really hungry which called physical hunger or just emotional hunger !! :toetap05:
