Evening All...........................
Well today the funds are in place and the hotel is booked :tt2: so now its just count down to B-day 24 days to go.
I have been trying to sort out which of my friends is coming with me, its been a bit of a nightmare as such short notice :sad: so worried I might have to go on my own. :frown:
Might be a last resort to have a word with my Dad to see if he will come with me, but not even told him I'm having op yet so not sure how it will go down.:tt1:
I'm am only child and only have my Dad left as lost my mum when I was 15, we are close now but not always been, thats another blog though. :cursing:
I've been going through some of the posts on the site and been making notes in my little blue book I got today, more cluded up now on what I might need to take with me for before and after. So feeling slightly better today, but still bricking in................

Hi world, I am trying my hand at this blog business, hoping to track my success with my band.:frown:
A bit about me though first, I am a 34 year old mum of 2 - a girl and a boy, i've been with my partner Guy for ten years and slowly over time I have piled on more weight than I care to mention (well about 4 stone:scared2:).
Guy and I are getting married next year in New York and I'm so excited :tt1: but one thing which has to change is my hidious body. I'm not saying I want to look like Kate Moss (truth is I have eaten her so she is on the inside) I just want to feel sexy again and not by my clothes from "Fat Lass Shops", my term so please don't take offence. At size 22 I am allowed too!!!!!:tt2:
So today I have booked up for my Gastric band, been to see a clinic here in the UK but have decided to go to Belgium as money is dictating.
I am heading off on Thursday 10th October so I hope you will come with me on my journey between now and then. I am hoping to BLOG everyday and tell you all a bit more about me, why I have got to this point and what makes me think I can succeed. :cursing:
