Hello all I was banded 9-3-08 I have had two fills totally 2.5, I do feel restriction with some foods, I can eat cookies, peanuts and crumbling foods in small moderation of course but what I found is that if I do eat the protein first I get a greater restriction.
Does anyone have a food regiment that will help us banders get fuller faster. I have a large 14 ap band and I don't know how many cc's it will take to fill me up.
I have lost only 20 lbs so hoping this last fill will help.
