I'am getting a head start

I was glad to see this website My surgery is not untill Sept 08, I was told I had to drop some weight are die. being fat has already caused me to have a strok. I am planning on dropping at least 150 pounds. SO I AM GOING TO NEED ALOT OF HELP :smile2:
