Lost radio contact re-established

Hey mission control: here it is five months after surgery on planet banded. All is going well and I now am a changed astronut. I have lost five pant sizes and three shirt sizes. I have had to visit the local clothing store but this is a new experience for me, I have always shopped with omar the tent maker and they dont have TENT makers on this planet. Thank God for that.   Now I have tokens left to outfit the spacecraft properly and not just with hughe tents to cover the old frame. Now I look like a sleek mean fighting machine and can take on anything that comes my way. I am so grateful that I have other astronuts.........on the same planet because it would be horrible if I were trying to do this alone. It must be done with others and follow the experience of those that have gone before me. The secreat is to follow and then become a leader once the goals have been reached . I will be starting a new meeting here on lap band planet for others to meet and greet at, we will be exchanging uniforms and food supplement ideas. anyone wishing to attend the meeting just needs to let me know if they are in the area or I can give them the info that they need to help them get their ideas set into motion by sending me a message at boiseman2001@yahoo.com . have a grt day:scared: :nervous

Mission control update

Well space doctors report that 3x is doing grt. He went through a time warp and went back another three pounds. He is now down 73lbs from when lift off took place on April the 17th. Currently he is floating in weightless limbo. This past three days have been very stressing, many issues back on planet earth with his family.   3x has noticed that issues with family cause weightless limbo or even worse, time distortion which reverts him up some pounds. Make sure that all astro members to be follow thoses that have gone before them and heed their warnings. This is not for everyone but it can be very rewarding if all training is followed, meaning listen to your flight surgeon and do what he or she tells you to do.   Meet with others and discuss mission issues, this will help you to avoid the Ass--teroid bluges and the tummy growth deamons. Have a grt mission and until next radio communication----------------3x signing off........:notagree

Mission Control updat

Well tummy, sorry that I have not reported in for some time, I have been on a walk about on this mission you have sent me on. My new call sign was 3x now I have to report after the considerable walk about I am now offical, new call sign is 2x.   I reported to mission control doctors as instructed on date 08102006.00 and I have his final report in, he said that I am now offical on the lunar scale at minus a total of 86lbs. I had to have a shot of oxygen when he said this as I was not aware that this atmosphere on this planet affected lapband agents like this.   I will continue on the mission as instructed eating only those items allowed on borad. I have been faithful thus far and have not eaten any of this planets special delights and will continue on course. Until next contact, this is 2x saying I hope that you will see me when we next come into radio contact. soooooooooooooooooooolongggggggggggggggggggg:clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :faint:

Mission on crusie

Houston:   Here is 3x, just on crusie control, have not seen lapband beast for awile, however I did experience its control over me. It was not a very good feeling either. Got space sickness but this was due to the mission issued food I think, just ate to big of bites, the tubes are not easy to adjust. This needs to be re-thunk.   Have noticed that when the lapband beast is not on my mind, then I seem to not loose weight, this is not a good thing as being to heavy is dangerous to me and those I love. So I need to step back on the right path find the beast and make it my companion.   With this in mind, I know that I will once again be on the road to great discoveries.   signed 3x:faint:

"Heresheis" band

Well here it finally is:notagree the band is in place and I am at home for a week. Took the week off so I would feel like working. I find it hard to get enough water and protein each day but know that this will get better as the days go by. I am just really sore right now still from the operation.   Yes I would do this in a heart beat again:clap2: and I encourage all non banded persons to really chk into this for them. It is different for each and every person:cool: I dont have to stumble in the blind  to think should I eat this or not :hungry: the answer is not not not. I believe if you have to ask yourself this question then you have already failed. Have a grt day today tummy because I will take good care of you and you take good care of me.

Ups and Downs

I do find it very intersting on the number of persons who have the band and then it appears they complain, "did I do the right thing" well heavens to gertrude:rolleyes: give me a break. Why? would anyone put themselves through all of the stuff and I mean stuff and not work to make it happen:faint: .   Well tummy, it's me and you bub- I will work not to put anything into you that I know should not go- and YOU need to work on the things that do come your way to make them pass quietly:notagree . I am very glad that I have the web site to read about the other ups and downs and hear the many issues. One of the things I would like to do tummy, is one day eat something that makes us both feel good.

Report to mission Control

Houston: WE HAVE SUCCESS     A report from the outer planet today reveiled that Astronaught 5X has encountered the mysterious Lapband beast and the beast is winning. Sent to this galaxy at 411lbs, 5x has been shrinking and is now at 344lbs.   This report on the beast is being released to those at mission control to show that the beast is not alien and against us but just is doing what it was designed to do. And that is to help mankind. The only thing that it requires is input of desire on our part.   Stand by and expect future contact from galaxy lapband on the continued response of the beast. And a side note to all those who are yet to come, ITS GREAT DONT HESITATE TO THE RIGHT THING. But most inportantly remember that the right thing is not the beast for everyone, it must be your decision and no others. This is 5x now going by the call sign 3x until we meet again.:heh:

The journey continues

:bandit well here it is, one week until B-day. It has been a long thiry days but am very happy with the physical results in the way I look:p . I am wearing clothes that I have not worn in a long time. I find that I do have extra energy also that I have not had for some time.   It became so much easier to just sit around and veg, but now with working out which is still a chore, I find that I want to get outside and do lots of things that I could not do before. I even bought my daughter a new car yesterday. I had made a promise to her several years ago that I would buy one for her if she wnt back to school and got her diploma, she did so I did what I needed to do.   I hope the results that come my way are always positive, and I know that this will be the case as long as I work hard each and every day to acheive success. I know that " Change is not change unless I change":clap2:

D-DAy

Well if finally happened:scared: went to the Doc today and got a date for my band.:clap2: April 17 is the day. My weight today was 411 BMI 55 height 6'1 1/2 tall. Goal is 250lbs. I am so very excited about this I have waited fo long to have a tool that will help me loose the weight and manage it once I get to my goal level. I know that this is going to be a very long road and the only way I can do it is first my trust and faith in God, second with my bride by my side and thirdly with determination and grit.   I know it will be a struggle but with the support group and this forum I intend to make it happen and then truly I can say " Gone for Good"

I tell you it is all worth it, stay in the battle because I know that WE will win.   I am on the front line and see whats coming, I promise I will not let any of the enemy artillery get past me to YOU. All I ask is that you dont throw back anything so I dont take one in the back side................:phanvan   We go see the doctor on tuesday and I know that he will say that you are getting smaller and smaller but you still play the most inportant part of our defense.:heh:   So let's buckle down and get back in the war, if we want to advance it will take both our parts to get the job done.:Banane59:     Yours truly signed mouth:eek:
