Back has been troubling me and now I have some stupid spring cold. Only down 1 pound this week but I'm still going in the right direction.

Weigh in day today and I have lost 2 pounds. Looks like the weight loss may be starting to slow but signed back up for the gym and maybe that can shake things up a bit.
Weighed a day early this week and there is no move on the scale. Probably going to move to a Wednesday weigh in for the 'Gone for Good Club".
Not disappointed though - I feel thinner and my skin is catching up to my weight loss.
Will monitor for a week and try and increase my activity level. I may or may not weigh tomorrow.
Summary of the week:
Moderate success in increasing caloric intake.
Did between 20 to 30 minutes on the traadmill 4 times in a week.
Weigh in: 265 (-3.5)
Monday weight was 273 but I am holding this out until my official weigh in. Also saw 272.
I am going to increase my protein. I think I am losing too fast.

I need to up my protein a little. I will continue as I have been this week and I will get a new reading. If I have lost greater than 2 pounds I will increase my protein by 32 grams (can o' tuna).

Weigh day is tomorrow. Currently eating between 800 to 1000 Cal. a day. Depending on what I see tomorrow I will adjust my diet. If I have lost greater than 2 pounds I will increase. If I don't lose or maintain I shall stay where I am.
