Today is the first day of writing in my journal. I hate keeping a journal since I am not consistant about writing.:devious Hopefully I will do better this time and will have a record of this journey. I have been having a great time eating myself silly in anticipation of the liquid diet that I start on Oct. 5th. I even made Rice Krispie Treats!:confused: Chris and I are at the lake and having fun.
