Authorization Update

I have my PCP Authorization tomorrow. It sucks because the PCP I was seeing and that has all my information decided not to take United Healthcare. I used to go to Advantage Healthcare. If anyone is in NYC, then you may know about them. Especially the unprofessional office on Bedford Nostrand. I took blood work and for months requested them. Once I received them, I had to take more blood work with my Surgeon. Then I find out that I am Pre-diabetic. 

My surgeon stepped in and saved the day. He referred me to a PCP whom he actually visits. I hope all goes well and he provides me with the Authorization.
