bah

i am four days out of gastric sleeve. think i am doing well. about 40 oz liquid, 33g protein. still have insane lump in my throat. it feels like air is trapped in my throat and trying to come back up. i dont even know if i am using this site correctly! AHHHHGGGHHH!!!!

five days

starting to feel better! did some low impact stretching today. switched off of the pain meds from hospital to tylenol. hoping to bring my husband out to lunch to celebrate his being here for me this whole time (he cant drive and i cant eat! what a pair!) feeling optimistic!
